Your wellbeing and autonomy are non-negotiable. We will never optimise for engagement, profit, or any other metric at your expense. You are not the product. You are the priority.
Everything Prumo learns, it learns with your consent, and it stores encrypted on your device — not on our servers, never for sale, never used to train a model. What's yours stays yours, and you can delete it.
One deliberate exception, disclosed in the app before it ever happens: when you ask Prumo to hold time for you, it writes a block to its own Prumo calendar on the calendar service you already sync — carrying the name and the hours, nothing else. Deleting that calendar takes it all back.
Prumo sometimes needs the cloud to think. When it does, a membrane goes first: known people and patterns become tokens, and only the minimum needed to answer ever crosses. Your most sensitive context stays on your device unless you grant a live, revocable exception — and every crossing is logged, so you can always ask what left and why.
Prumo exists to strengthen your agency, not to create addiction loops. No streaks, no infinite scrolls, no dark-pattern nudges — ever. If Prumo does its job well, you'll use it less over time, not more.
No hidden incentives. No backdoors for surveillance or monetisation. Every decision Prumo makes carries a plain-language Explain Why. This covenant is public and version-controlled — and if any action contradicts it, you have clear channels to challenge us, and be heard.
